Single flute gundrills

The single flute gundrill (ELB) belongs to the deep-hole drill family. It is characterized by its asymmetrical and single-edged design, which makes it suitable for particularly accurate and deep bores with high quality requirements.

We manufacture single flute gundrill (ELB) in three different designs with diameters ranging from 0.8 mm to 54 mm.

Double flute gundrills

The douple flute gundrill is mainly used for bores in short-chipping aluminium and cast iron. Due to its double-edged design, higher feed rates can be achieved compared to the single-lip drill.

We produce douple flute gundrill with diameters ranging from 5 mm to 30 mm.

Solid carbide deep hole drill

The solid carbide deep-hole drill is characterised by its double-edged and spiralised design. It proves itself in particular through its high bore quality at high feed rates in steel and grey cast iron.

We offer the solid carbide deep hole drills from a diameter of 3 mm up to a length of 30xØ.

The price of the reprocessing is calculated according to the effort and the number of units.
